Justin was introduced to the family trade at a young age; he started experimenting with fabrication in his early teens. Justin’s initial career experience was outside of Advanced Refrigeration, and he acquired valuable management training which he then brought back to AR. With 15 years of industry experience, Justin focuses on project management and industrial service management.
