Randy started working in the family business at a young age. Driven by an innate curiosity to understand how things work, he took full advantage of the access he was given to machines and tools, quickly becoming useful in designing, fabricating, and repairing mechanical systems. Randy’s hunger for knowledge and 24 years of hands-on experience have given him a solid understanding of physics and mechanical principles.
